If you would like to become a member, we offer the following choices for membership payment & terms (All payments MUST be made in US Dollars and all checks or Money Orders must be drawn on a US institution) :

• Lifetime Single membership, Electronic Newsletters, $50.00 (USD)
• Lifetime Couple membership, Electronic Newsletters, $75.00 (USD)
• 1 year membership, Electronic Newsletters, $10.00 (USD)
• 2 years membership, Electronic Newsletters, $15.00 (USD)
• For the 1 or 2 year memberships, You may add a partner or roommate for only $5.00 (USD) each
• Student or Limited Income (singles only), 1 year membership, Electronic Newsletters, $5.00 (USD)

If paying via mail or in person, this form (or the one emailed to you) will need to be printed for you to include with your Check or Money Order.
